Please make sure your contact details include your correct name, address, email and phone number (prefer mobile), so that we can contact you accordingly.
Orders are generally dispatched from our warehouse locating at Victoria the next day after full payment is received.
We use Australia Post and Couriers depending on where the product is going

International Shipping
Shipping for International orders is based on weight and will be calculated at the checkout when you enter your address.

Returns & Replacements
    • You may return the item for exchange, credit note or refund.
    • The item must be returned at your expense (prepaid).
    • New shipping cost will be charged for exchange.
    • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt with invoice and indicate the reason for return.
    • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
    • Merchandise must have all tags/labels attached with the original packaging.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).
    • All swimwear cannot be returned due to health issues.
    • All refunds are up to Swim City's discretion.
    • No refunds on sale items.
    • Please be sure to contact us before returning your items.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  We process and ship orders quickly.  Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

We currently accept PAYPAL only.

Viewing Orders
You will receive an automated email to confirm your order has been received, and is being processed if your order is successful. This means the payment was successful, however if an item is not in stock, or we see there may be a security issue with the payment, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the situation. If the product is in stock and there are no other problems, you will receive an email confirming your item(s) have been dispatched..
